Oh, Arugula! We love you! We have been saving these seeds for years and trying to save for slower bolting plants. We are at the point where we can grow our Arugula all summer long. People fight at the market over the last of it. We eat this heirloom from the micro green stage all the way to the tasty wonderful snappy white flowers. Flavor is nutty, spicy and earthy.
