This Japanese Green is in the Mustard Family, that we love so much here on the farm. The greens do have a great light bite of spiciness. We love them on grass-fed hamburgers (wasabi burgers) You can cut it several times and we grow it all summer long, with a bite of water. The flavor is a mix of wasabi and earthy boldness. Great in salads, pickled, steamed and stir-fries.
