An 1882 introduction by A.W. Livingston. This big momma lives up to her name, a true regal queen of the garden. Large almost snow white fruits up to 8” flattened with a bit of ribbing on the shoulders and sometimes a tad of pink blush on the blossom end (these are the ones I eat). A big beefsteak type of fruit with a golden sweet flavor of honey and tones of earthy sunshine dreams.
