Ghost peppers smoked right here on the farm. (don't open your eyes down wind)
The second or third hottest pepper in the world depending on who you talk to and where and how they are grown. We had a really wet cloudy summer so these are not that killer hot that we can get, but they still pack a punch that sends new farm interns screaming and running for the river.
Dried over a smokey bed of hickory and apple woods.
